First, let’s look at the symbols on the chart. In the lower part of the chart you will find two spirals. There are rotation indicators. One rotates clockwise, the other counterclockwise. These symbols will give you the direction of chakras rotation.
The top of the chart indicates the quality of the chakra in question : balanced, too open, or too closed.
The seven colours represent specific chakras. This chart can be used to identify the conditions of chakras by phrasing of the questions you ask. You can ask, for example “which chakras indicates a problem area?” Or which chakras need balancing?”
